In accordance with the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poland we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Customer Support Specialist with German

What You’ll Do:

As Customer Support Specialist, you will a part of international Order Fulfillment team responsible for accurate order processing and analyzing. The objective is to get only 'good' orders into our Systems for highly efficient order processing.

In addition, you will:

  • Incoming payments posting and account reconciliation
  • Interest calculation and invoicing according to JD Financial instructions
  • Automatic and manual invoicing of services in SAP
  • Monitor and process freight invoices in SAP
  • Handle requests related to all types of claims
  • Prepare the relevant documents for the orders (certificates of conformity)
  • Reviews of inventory verification reports and submission of results to JD Financial
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives

What It Takes:

We need a good communicator in English and German, who thrives on solving problems and working in an international team environment.

Required skills:

  • Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing, ideally with working knowledge of SAP SD
  • German language is a must
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred
  • University graduate
  • Very good in English is a must
  • Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills
  • Adapting easily and focusing on customer
  • Teamwork player - creating trust, with high communication skills
