Your responsibilities
providing excellent customer service
building up positive relationships with customers
resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
monitoring of the situation on financial markets
working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
translating information from English to Hungarian
Our requirements
higher education (might be IV or V year student)
background or experience in economics or financial services would be a plus
previous experience in a customer service role desirable
Hungarian language- very good spoken and written required
English language - proficiency level required
responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
good knowledge of MS Office
knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business would be an advantage
