Your responsibilities

  • answering calls, chats, and emails,

  • customer service, support for clients who use a payment terminal,

  • giving information about the company’s products and services,

  • contact other departments for solving problems.

Our requirements

  • fluency in Portuguese (C2/ native) and English (B2/C1),

  • ability to freely solve simple technical issues,

  • teamwork spirit,

  • customer focus.
