The Client Support Specialist will be expected to consistently provide first class customer service by working within agreed SLAs. You will be part of a team managing customers and insurance brokers.

Warsaw office is our hub for international expansion to a number of EU countries, including Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark.

Customer Support Specialist with Spanish or French

Your contribution to something big:

  • Data handling and data entry in to relevant internal and external systems
  • Manage customer and client communication channels
  • Maintaining logs/statistics for client services
  • Administration daily tasks
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by assisting Client Services with administration back up support
  • Pro-active in identifying new, or improvements to processes and procedures within client services

Our ideal teammate has experience with/ knowledge in:

  • Outstanding language skills in English, Polish and Spanish/German/French
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday from 10am – 18.30pm CET
  • Ethics, team work and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in customer care services will be a plus
