Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Providing friendly and efficient service

  • Undertaking investigative work to diagnose faults and resolve

  • Ability to identify and escalate serious Client issues

  • Assisting with installations and upgrades of new and current Clients

  • Be a computer ‘Power User’ with the ability to resolve technical queries

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Be methodical with accurate documentation skills and close attention to detail

Nasze wymagania

  • Computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications

  • Have Experience of working in a Client-focused environment, ideally on an IT helpdesk

  • Proven Experience in a similar role

  • Teamwork and sharing of knowledge is critical

  • SQL knowledge would be an advantage but not necessary

This position would ideally suit a candidate with Support Experience. Experience with Electronic Point of Sale or ERP is also desirable. Primary responsibilities will be to offer 1st and 2nd line support to EPOS and ERP Clients. The position will be on a Work from Home basis.

This role is for home based work and final remuneration is negotiable. Candidates must be in a position to operate on a B2B model for invoicing to TRC.
