Your responsibilities
- Lead an open, professional written and oral communication with the customers, stakeholders and internal teams aiming to resolve inquiries to customers satisfaction in line with the guidelines set
- Demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits and procedures
- Resolve customer queries received via phone/Email in a professional, timely and accurate way
- Process customer instructions accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets on all the processes worked
Employer requirements
- Fluency in English and French or German or Spanish or Dutch or Italian or Portuguese
- Previous experience in customer service would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and client-oriented attitude
- Computer and online proficiency
- Ability to learn quickly, retain and transfer knowledge appropriately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure of time while adhering to global procedures and guidelines
- Ability to multi-task, depending on the criticality of the tasks
