Your responsibilities
Team Management: manage, motivate and plan skills development of the local Customer Support Team (10+ people)
Planning and Control: plan the team activities based on skills/languages/opening hours; resources forecast and allocation/planning to meet the demands of Customer Support Service, taking into account dynamic evolution of the business
Service Quality focus: uses the strengths of the team to achieve effective and efficient handling of the Customers enquiries; helps to implement best practices, adopts standard processes and encourage the use of good practices
Positive Customer Experience: recommending appropriate solution for customer requests, ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g. product, technical, order, payment related) by providing resolution immediately or coordinating with other internal and/or external teams, proactively informing customers about issue status based on inputs, and clarifying any questions to improve service quality
Our requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar Team Lead role.
Bachelor/Master degree
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written English
Extensive experience with customer support
Open minded, creative, and innovative, technology enthusiast
Experience in EVCI (EV Charging Infrastructure) industry would be an advantage
