Your responsibilities

  • Team Management: manage, motivate and plan skills development of the local Customer Support Team (10+ people)

  • Planning and Control: plan the team activities based on skills/languages/opening hours; resources forecast and allocation/planning to meet the demands of Customer Support Service, taking into account dynamic evolution of the business

  • Service Quality focus: uses the strengths of the team to achieve effective and efficient handling of the Customers enquiries; helps to implement best practices, adopts standard processes and encourage the use of good practices

  • Positive Customer Experience: recommending appropriate solution for customer requests, ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g. product, technical, order, payment related) by providing resolution immediately or coordinating with other internal and/or external teams, proactively informing customers about issue status based on inputs, and clarifying any questions to improve service quality

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Team Lead role.

  • Bachelor/Master degree

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written English

  • Extensive experience with customer support

  • Open minded, creative, and innovative, technology enthusiast

  • Experience in EVCI (EV Charging Infrastructure) industry would be an advantage

As a part time Team Leader (50%) you will be part of the Worldwide Service Team, reporting to the Customer Support Manager, to head a multicultural Customer Support Team based in Krakow (PL), serving many countries, in a fast-paced market, handling technical enquiries from our customers.

You will directly supervise work of 10+ engineers, contribute significantly to the Customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the Customer Service to deliver a best-in-class service.

The role is 50% Team Lead and 50% Customer Support Specialist.
