Customer Supporter
Location: Kraków

As Customer Supporter in German Market Support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support on daily orders–related queries;
  • Customer support, communication, coordination and problem solving, with a limited exposure to operational tasks;
  • Servicing international customers as well as establishing and maintaining close relations with both our customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Delivering first class day-to-day support;
  • Developing your communication, work coordination, problem solving and proactive customer orientation skill set;
  • Processing and resolving Customer queries using the complaint management system.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of working in an inbound and outbound Customer Service environment (ideally being dedicated to German Market and Business Clients);
  • Experience in order management area - including accounts, payments, complaints will be considered as an advantage as well as SAP CS knowledge;
  • Advanced Polish, English and German communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building solid relationships with clients.
