Your responsibilities
day-to-day work in SGS's global food and non-food audit management tool (CATS - Customised Assessment Tracking System)
providing full Help Desk support to customers
implementing projects in the CATS system
creating user accounts, maintaining the user database and assigning them appropriate roles and access rights
conducting training sessions for users of the platform
creating/updating internal documentation
cooperation with programmers and proposing new solutions
Our requirements
experience in customer service, technical support, data management or project management
excellent knowledge of English - min. B2 (working in English)
pro-activity, communicativeness and detail-oriented
analytical skills and the ability to solve problems independently
very good knowledge of MS Excel
willingness to develop technical skills
knowledge of basics in HTML + CSS
Optional
experience with working in a ServiceNow environment
ability to use graphical tools such as Canva or GIMP
