Work with the KGH/Maersk teams to integrate the customs services offering into the overall E2E approach.
Understand and analyze the market related to the Customs Services product.
Represent the customs services internally and support the commercial teams for the development of proposals and in front of the client.
Be responsible for the commercial proposals and alignment across Commercial organizations at Maersk and KGH.
Overall responsible for the commercial activities on Customs field in Poland.
Own and provide the initial and ongoing training for the operational, sales and other support functions.
First point of contact for customer requirements, request for quotations and all related commercial questions
Establish a culture of customer centric, profitable services
Develop and maintain potential 3rd party service providers
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers in line with established strategies and KGH Value Proposition
Acquisition and increase of local and general market share through e.B. Cross-upselling, cold calls
Interface for the Maersk organization as well as proactive development together with the other Area Product Managers of the cooperation with the Maersk organization
Support of customer inquiries via our Sales Inbox (with the support of the entire sales team NEC)
Responsible for customer satisfaction and support of Maersk & KGH Value Proposition
Support of the operational teams in case of customer complaints
Successful tender management
Quotation calculation and preparation; Preparation of offer presentations
Support of the Area Growth Manager at reporting for the management
Available for frequent travel in the Area
Bilingual or extensive written and vocal capabilities in English and Polish language.
Located and able to work in Poland (with frequent travel in the Area)
5 – 10 years of experience in logistics (customs services preferably)
Strong drive, initiative, and engagement – ability to work self-directed and well-organized
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work and thrive in a network organization with focus on driving results through collaboration
Experience in customs services with different industries
Change management experience, stakeholder management skills
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
Mature in all commercial aspects of logistics and customs services
Mature and used to working with senior leaders; used to coping with high pressure and ambiguity
Necessity to work in a disciplined manner
