    Customs Manager,

    The Customs Manager is responsible for import and export Customs activities and connected tasks, to release the goods in compliance with the Customs regulations and company needs and strategy. 

    • Organize, manage and develop the Team and the processes, to handle in efficient and effective way the Customs activities
    • Ensure and maintain professional working relationship with Customs Authority 
    • Interaction with customs authorities to  manage and control audits and certification procedures
    • Establish Customs Network outside the Organization, to be aware and drive developments and changes of Customs rules and regulations
    • Share in advance the future customs challenges ensuring execution and avoiding business risks and unplanned costs  
    • Establish internal network with the stakeholders to provide the correct Customs solution to Business needs
    • Lead actions and projects for optimization, service level improving and costs reduction
    • Select and manage the Customs Suppliers define proper KPIs 
    • Ensure proper reporting related to customs costs (duty, broker fee and extra costs) 
    • Make budgeting for customs operations and duties 
    • Interact with Customs Community Team.
    • High education degree or University Degree
    • Excellent knowledge of customs rules, procedures and requirements
    • Experience in matrix and multinational companies
    • Experience from dealing with customs authorities
    • Customs degree/license is an asset.
    • Fluent English and Polish is required.
    • Other European language will be an additional asset.
