Your responsibilities
Responsible to manage, direct, coordinate, and conduct analysis of all products subject to the Free Trade Agreements (FTA) to which the regional Countries are parties and prepare and maintain data and documentation required by these FTAs.
Collaborate, coordinate and recommend best practices with BU senior leadership as well as the Management Team in Customs to ensure FTA processes are optimized and supported in the global KPI report.
Participate and organize the Preference Management regular meetings and align cost and KPI measures.
Responsible for the solicitation of data and documentation, such as FTA certificates and long-term supplier agreements, from ECMS suppliers in order to obtain cost avoidance status for the various BU’s and legal entities.
Responsible for communication with ECMS customers and senior leaders within the ECMS business units to ensure that FTA responses and requirements are met.
Responsible to assist with additional duty management opportunities for the Customs organization, both regionally and globally.
Our requirements
Diploma of higher education received.
Experience in Customs and/or Foreign Trade law.
English (fluent in spoken and written).
Knowledge about Preferential Origin and Free Trade Agreements.
Understand ECMS Organization, Processes and Culture.
Know how on Products and Markets.
Good knowledge of the SAP master data systems and SAP GTS.
Strong communication and argumentation skills.
Analytical thinking.
Structured work organization.
Strong teamwork competence.
Experience in project management is desirable.
