About the project
As a Business Manager/Business Analyst, you will be part of a Cybersecurity Education and Awareness team. You will support the design, delivery, and analyze varied education and awareness activities targeted at High-Risk Users (HRUs) – including formal training modules, awareness activities to keep cyber best practices front of mind, events, and webinars.
Your responsibilities
Supporting varied data analysis to pinpoint user needs and capability gaps
Using management information, performance information, analytics and stakeholder feedback to produce insights
Supporting data analysis tasks to measure Controls and user behavior
Supporting the design, and delivering pilots to trial, and test new learning initiatives, and concepts including documenting the results, conclusions, and recommendations
Supporting the delivery of training interventions including working with the Learning Management System (LMS) team with Global HR
Supporting the delivery of other system integrations to surface learning content
Managing applications and liaising with a 3rd party provider of a Digital Footprint Analysis service
Producing updated operating instructions to support the rollout of any new activity
Supporting business planning activities
Our requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in using relevant software packages, i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
Experience in looking for ways to do things better, looking beyond the objective, and successfully embedding change
Ability to: problem-solving and identifying root causes, work with autonomy, manage, and prioritize the volume of work, work in ambiguous situations, ensure accurate information maintenance at all levels despite rapid, and frequent changes, work at the pace
Optional
Ability to build positive and collaborative working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders within a multi-function team
Knowledge of Agile planning methods, including PI planning
