Your responsibilities
This position requires engineering and installation support of both client and internal network environments. You will as Cyber Network Lead Specialist be part of projects in our cyber program that support our customers. This position focuses on all aspects of networking including engineering, design, installation, configuration, compliance, handoff for operations as well as acting as an escalation point for global operational teams.
You will be working with the following technologies:
• Cisco PIX Firewalls
• CheckPoint Firewalls
• VMware NSX
• Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Switches
• Load Balancers
• Design and configuration of global network templates
• Troubleshooting as a tier 3 escalation point, customer traffic flow layer 2/layer 3, including Firewalls
• Create virtual network infrastructure and dynamic routing configuration in support of plant environments
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of the client environment as well as the global templates environment
• Build and deliver on all network-related enterprise technologies and service offerings within the cyber network environment
• Alignment and knowledge of NIST SP800-53, IEC 62443 security controls and risk management framework for Regulated Systems
Employer requirements
Several years of progressive experience with Network Engineering
Solid experience in and proven history of designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VMware network environments
Experience with Systems Administration, Engineering, and Operations
Familiarity of manufacturing plants and operating SCADA systems
Demonstrated ability to create engineering artifacts, design documents, and other formal documentation
Professional communication skills, verbally and in writing, being proficient in English
CCNP, CISSP or equivalent hands-on networking cyber experience
Hands on experience with network technologies (zero trust, NSX, etc.)
Familiarity with Cloud based, PIX, Checkpoint FW, & Load Balancer experience
2+ years’ experience delivering cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google, or VMware)
Can operate freely and collaborate with others
Are self-motivated and accountable
