About the project
As a Cybersecurity Expert you will be responsible for taking care of the day-to-day operations by overseeing security compliance with existing controls, define security requirements and controls and make recommendations for changes or improvements.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze existing security systems and make recommendations for changes or improvements.
- Play an active role in developing systems necessary for specialized security features and procedures.
- Defines security requirements for IT systems and services.
- Suggest various solutions and implement them to meet defined security requirements.
- Advise and resolve security issues and incidents.
- Examine technical problems and provide basic engineering and additional support in solving the problems.
- Provide technical support (in the cybersecurity area) for the cross-discipline team.
- Assist in research and development projects.
- Actively take part in the security architecture review of internal and client technologies.
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analysis on new systems and technologies.
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the key partners (internal and external).
Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Information/IT/Cybersecurity area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics & Electrical or any related field. Any Information Security certificates will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge (at least 3 of them) of: Microsoft AD and GPO security features, Google Workspace Security and Trust, Endpoint protection software, MDM, DLP, Vulnerability scanning tools, Next generation firewalls.
- Willingness to work on-call in the event of a security breach or other emergency.
