About the project
IAM Technology is a global engineering and development team providing Identity and Access Management technology for HSBC. We provide and support many of the Bank’s most critical IAM infrastructure services including Active Directory, Privileged Access Management and Access Governance. We are passionate about providing high-quality, automated, and self-service solutions to our customers.
Your responsibilities
Product scope includes Cyberark, Delinea, HashiCorp, TPAM
Management of Agile ceremonies within one or more product specific pods
Provide clear communication on progress, blockers, and conflicts
Drive collaborative ways of working, encourage cross skilling and innovation
Take a lead on related audit, compliance, and service management initiatives
Contribute to BAU and Strategic programs of work in PAM space
Represent IAM “outwards” to manage quality of service delivered
Maintain a strong and proactive relationship with related PAM vendors
Take responsibility for audit and compliance requests for information
Our requirements
Must have experience in scrum master role – at least 2 years in this role
Strong skills in driving teams to deliver, motivating team members to achieve objectives, confident communicator
Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques such as backlog refinement, user stories, definition of done
Excellent knowledge of workload management and prioritisation – for example story size, and burn rate
Experience of service management, KCI reporting and compliance management
Experience in managing team conflict, difference of opinion, and in negotiating skills
Understanding and experience of technologies deployed at a large scale in a global IT enterprise
Preferable experience in Identity and Access Management, or Identity and Access Management
Optional
Preferable experience in working on large infrastructure or application upgrade and transformation projects
Preferable knowledge of DevOps and automation tooling for example Ansible, Puppet and automation
Ability to adapt and understand new technologies – being self-motivated to learn
Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication and report-writing skills
Ability to interact appropriately with users of various technical skill levels
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with users to find the best solution
Ability to work in a multi country, culturally diverse and time-zone separated role
