Twój zakres obowiązków
Managing the collection of overdue debts and pre-collection activities;
Close, professional, and timely collaboration with external legal partners;
Close cross-functional communication in the organization regarding status updates, issues, prioritizations, changes, and risks;
Analyzing debt collection process results, proposing improvement ideas, and implementing changes to further develop our existing top-notch processes;
Preparing and submitting reports to the Management in accordance with the established periodicity;
Systems you will be working with: Confluence, Jira, Google services, Slack, MS office, Excel, and Power BI.
Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken alike);
Besides having 3+ years of experience in debt collection or call center/customer care business oriented towards European markets, then this is something you are truly passionate about;
Excellent user-level knowledge of supporting IT systems and communication technologies;
A team player with strong communication skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility;
Result-oriented and innovative mindset.
Experience with CTI (auto dialer) systems, collection core system platforms, and reporting systems such as Power BI;
A Bachelor´s degree in business, commerce, or finance;
On good terms with shift-work.

We are looking for an analytical, solution-focused person, who is a great communicator in both Czech and English and has previous experience in debt collection or call center/customer care business. Your everyday work will involve debt collection, dealing with customers and external partners as well as reporting on debt progress. You will also be developing the Czech collection processes in accordance with the Group standards whilst collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders.
