ROLE:
As a Sourcing Recruiter you will be responsible for the independent sourcing of suitable candidates for our clients in DACH-Region.
Your main tasks include:
- identification of potential candidates using various search methods on professional and social platforms,
- developing sourcing strategies for your area of specialism,
- contacting candidates,
- telephone or video interviewing on behalf of the client.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Ability to communicate confidentially in German (written and spoken).
- Ideally - previous experience in Recruitment or Administration (but we will teach and coach you all the skills you will need to be successful!)
- Customer-oriented mentality
- Passion for using Social Media, Online Networking platforms like LinkedIn
- Strong communication skills and a confident approach to working with people
- Able to use your initiative, be adaptable to change and able to get things done.
- Ability to work independently, accurately and be self-motivated
