Twój zakres obowiązków
Serving as a Salesforce Point of Contact (POC) for making diligent dashboards and reports for a Line of Business [LOB].
Managing CSP momentum booking administrative functions
Creating lenses and dashboards in Einstein Analytics.
Liaising closely with our Finance, Sales and Sales Operations teams to establish suitable outcomes to development, and amend financial data
Acting as the liaison between our CSP user Sales community & wider stakeholders
Working independently with members of the user community
Nasze wymagania
3-5 years’ experience on Salesforce platform
Other Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience also preferred
Understanding of Salesforce best practices and in-built functionality
Strong data management abilities
Ability to understand and articulate intricate financial data
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude
