Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the certification of a management system on the basis of predefined processes and regularly conduct status meetings to guide the customer to the goal.
- You analyse and evaluate data records according to the given specifications
- You identify deviations and document them in a ticketing system
- You can illustrate the problems to the customer and explain how to solve them
- You are able to check not only the formal deviations but also the content of the data against each other
- You are able to design, conceive and expand database systems
- You have a profound knowledge of how SQL queries are created and applied
Our requirements
- 1-3 years of professional IT experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent time management, prioritize and work independently
- Strong documentation skills
- Proficiency in knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good English skills
- Good German skills (desirable)
- Excellent Teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with Jira & Confluence (desirable)
