Data Analyst - PSO Team in EMEA

The PSO Strategy & Operations team is looking for an analyst to support the Client’s Professional Services Organization (PSO) in EMEA. The successful candidate is highly analytical and passionate about providing insights that drive real business impact. You’re detail-oriented, data-driven, and tireless in ensuring that your analysis--and the reporting materials that come from it--paint an accurate picture of reality.

We’re looking for someone that is proactive, biased to action, and likes to dig into the detail of a problem to help in any way they can--whether that means writing a query to pull the data needed to answer a question from a stakeholder, testing sample data from a new dataset to ensure its accuracy, or putting together a presentation on analysis you’ve done to answer urgent business questions. The ideal candidate is someone who is technically solid, quick with a computer, and loves efficiency.

Skills required:

  • 1-2 years experience scripting in SQL, creating & maintaining tables
  • Expert in working with spreadsheets & charts
  • Experience creating visualizations that surface business insights; comfortable with dashboarding tools
  • Detail-oriented; you take pride in data that is 100% accurate and aren’t satisfied until your data is air-tight

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced SQL knowledge; database management experience
  • Outstanding collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with Appscript
  • Experience working in G Suite and with GCP data analysis tools

Responsibilities:

  • Own the accuracy of reporting data in EMEA; leaning in to clean data wherever needed and proactively improving scripts and process to stop data issues before they happen
  • Generate ongoing reporting on the health of the PSO business in EMEA
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on business: query datasets, writing custom queries when required; test data pulled, and generate charts as requested to respond to the business’s needs
  • Maintain reporting dashboards; building new functionality as business needs evolve, updating reporting or reporting logic as needed to fairly represent health of business
  • Support sales ops in creating reports and dashboards to provide insights to the business

We offer:

  • Full time position (employment contract) with an attractive salary
  • Extensive training on market leading products
  • Good career prospects in a reputable company which rewards employees with commitment and passion
  • Social benefits: sports cards (MultiSport), private medical care (Enel-Med), Social Found
  • A Monday to Friday schedule
  • Workplace: work from home or office (Warsaw)
If you are looking for a new challenge in an international environment,
please send us your updated CV in English.
