About the project
This role covers USA business day, which means working between 15-23 or 16-24 polish time. This person can work remotely full time from any location.
The Data Analyst delivers data, data products, and information that drive our client’s multi-channel marketing capabilities. They understand the details of their client’s data and Acxiom’s products to ensure that their clients and / or third-party vendors receive clean, enhanced, segmented, ready-to-market data. Data Analysts strive daily to improve quality, and adhere to standard processes and procedures. They work with clients and / or third-party vendors to begin to understand requirements and escalate issues with a focus on maintaining a seamless process flow. They analyse, troubleshoot and modify processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients.
Your responsibilities
- Making sure critical processes complete on time
- Audit and analyse process or source data to validate and identify changes in data elements and groupings
- Research and resolve any data or process issues, suggesting code fixes
- Analysing SQL scripts and logs in case of file/process issues
- Responding to client’s queries
Our requirements
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- SQL (reading and fixing scripts)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good client facing skills
- Pro-active attitude and willingness to learn internal, data processing tool
- Good MS Office skills - particularly Excel
- Availability to work US hours (15-23 or 16-24 polish time)
