Data Analyst with Power BI (a global position in a new SSC)

Main responsibilities

Developing reports, dashboards and performing ad-hoc queries as required using the appropriate reporting technologies
Liaising with internal and external clients to gather, validate and document reporting requirements and providing appropriate advice and guidance on reporting and analysis solutions
Promoting the usage of self-service reporting technologies and providing ad-hoc and formal training as required
Partnering with the reporting and data architecture teams
Partnering with Supply Chain Management network owners to develop and maintain supplier performance reporting
Proactively identifying, recommending and delivering automation and innovative reporting efficiencies

Requirements

3+ years’ experience developing reports and dashboards (using Power BI - necessary / SQL Server / Reporting Services / other reporting platforms)
Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level)
Knowledge / understanding of key supply chain metrics would be a plus
Advanced analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to interact in a dynamic international work environment
Experience with SQL, DAX or MDX query languages / Business Objects – Web Intelligence or Crystal Reports would be an asset
Ability to effectively capture report requirements from non-technical users, understand complex data and how to utilize data to create value within the business
Experience in creating PowerPoint Presentations focused on data visualizations
