Your responsibilities
Role overview: The role will be responsible for supporting business services across Trade Compliance through delivering operations within the Data Analytics team. The role will specifically deliver and maintain data analytics products in Trade Compliance organization i.e. supporting data visualizations, modelling, transformation, diagnostic analytics, predictive models, machine learning and business intelligence reporting to enable business services to deliver their business goals and perform efficiently and effectively. This role will also drive service management best practices including evaluating business service performance, analytics and driving continuous improvement across Trade Compliance
Responsibilities: Design, implement and embed clear business intelligence reporting to enable business services to process information to drive strategic business actions effectively and efficiently
Build algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage, interrogate and extract data to supply tailored reports to colleagues, customers or the wider organisation
Establish and embed service process improvements and problem solving using data mining and management techniques where applicable to increase operational efficiency
Analyzing business service performance through design and delivery of key performance indicators and reporting across business services
Maintain governance and infrastructure for Data Analytics, including Databases, Power BI workspace, documentation, DevOps
Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results
Use machine learning tools and statistical techniques to produce solutions to problems
Our requirements
Strong data analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze data, trends and produce reports
Good understanding of ETL processes and tools i.e. Alteryx, KNIME etc.
Expert in Power BI / QlikView or relevant
Good understanding and usage of SQL and database/data warehouse modelling and design
Ability to work/ design AZURE resources
Experience working in a service management environment and knowledge of service management processes, e.g. risk management, change management, problem management etc.
Knowledge about Machine Learning concepts and Python or R programming languages
