Your responsibilities
Data management and maintenance of the procurement spend cube and savings systems providing category-focused support
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases
Develop presentations to communicate data to the broader organization with an ability to present high level overviews helpful in aligning expectations
Create strategic visualizations of data with minimum guidance
Facilitate meetings with category managers and business stakeholders leveraging industry terminology
Management and maintenance of the global procurement eRFP system
SharePoint site maintenance and development
Our requirements
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in basic analytics and 2+ years advanced ETL, extract, transform, load
Prior experience working within a procurement function preferred
Proven experience with detailed data analysis and an ability to quickly assess and draw conclusions from complex data sets
a Master level degree in Data Science focusing in Analytics, Finance, Business, Supply Chain
Experience utilizing ERP systems such as Oracle a plus
Experience with eRFP system administration preferred
Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or similar tool
Experience with basic programming or coding knowledge for analytical calculation development application purposes
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and proficient with other MS Office products, including Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience with SharePoint online site development preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Description
Data Analytics & Reporting, Senior Support Analyst is responsible for using a variety of ETL tools to provide data structure, data enrichment, data extracts, and data analysis in support of the Global Procurement organization as a member of the Global Procurement Analytics (GPA) team. Specifically this position will help enable and improve the PACE data lake which provides Center of Excellence reporting across Biogen's Global Procurement footprint.
