Your responsibilities

  • Portfolio finance management with underlying complex cost structure.

  • Resource demand management and end to end tracking of the onboarding & offboarding.

  • Key project management office services support: Planning and Plan Management, Tracking and Reporting, Risk and Issues Management, Project/Programme Governance.

  • Agile standards implementation support.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PMO/project management related role

  • Strong experience in portfolio finance management.

  • Experience in resource demand management.

  • Experience in other PMO services.

  • Experience in working in Agile environment.

  • Excellent technical expertise in Microsoft Office – Excel (pivot table expertise, vlookups, formulas), PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

  • Experience with collaboration platforms i.e. Confluence, SLACK, Jabber, MS Sharepoint

  • Attention to detail

Optional

  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment would be beneficial
