What You’ll Do:

  • Analytics, business case development and decision support for key projects coming from the EMEAR Sales Analytics and the EMEAR Sales Leadership Team
  • Engage with senior sales leaders to design and implement analytics solutions that drive innovation and quick, effective decision making
  • Design and implement solutions leveraging the SAP Hana data foundation and Tableau visualization tools
  • Participate in the design and implementation of advanced/predictive data models to enable
    faster decision making and execution across the sales organization
  • Engage with developers and finance partners to validate business requirements and models
    to ensure they are technically feasible and financially correct


  • You have 3+ years of experience with visualization platforms like Tableau
  • You are result oriented with a “DataMind-set’, ideally previously exposed to a range of roles
    involving data, reporting and, analysis
  • You have knowledge of BI tools used on reporting and analysis environments such as Business Objects and/or Essbase
  • You have strong data wrangling/manipulation skills, such as advanced excel or SQL
  • You are an enthusiastic team player with positive can-do attitude who is flexible and can collaborate effectively with different business functions to deliver a solution
  • You are proactive and never wait for a challenge, you seek them
  • You have the ability to work in a high-performing, fast paced environment on complex projects with tight deadlines
  • Your verbal and written communication allow you to clearly address both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • You clearly understand key financial concepts (Revenue, OpEx, Margin, Discount, etc.)

Who You’ll Work With:

We are the EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia) Analytics and Insights team reporting to the COO of EMEAR Sales. Our mandate is to enable a rapid shift towards a data-driven decisionmaking culture across the EMEAR sales organization by delivering digital insights and analytics at scale and embedding them in people’s everyday activities.

To achieve our vision, we are on a multi-year journey that involves building a digital platform to act as a single source of truth for all sales analytics, delivering sales insights through this platform in a digital manner and then working closely with sales to improve the user experience and ultimately change the organization’s culture when it comes to using data to drive the business.

You will work with partners and team members to rapidly prototype, deploy and automate analytics at scale as well as work on complex (yet fun) business analysis in the areas of Sales Insights, Advanced Analytics and Market Intelligence.
