Data Coordinator

Role summary:

Are you interested in creating Excel spreadsheets?
Do you want to develop your career in databased related role?
Want to gain experience in the supply chain industry?
Then join us! Data Coordinator is an entry level role in which main responsibility is to ensure effective control and accuracy of all static data changes and validate/maintain on-going data integrity.



  • Everyday use of Excel spreadsheet to create reports, analyse data and maintain data accuracy
  • Updating statistic data and working on new ones
  • Receiving and verifying contracts with clients / suppliers
  • Carrying out the data verification and control process
  • Receiving, verifying and updating data bases on price lists
  • Identify and introduce new validation checks required from system developments
  • Implement new channels of communication required with relevant departments to improve system and departmental efficiency
  • Creation, maintenance and submission of performance reports


  • Very good Excel skills (you’re comfortable with functions such as Pivot Tables, Vlookup’s,)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
