Your responsibilities
Work within data group on end-to-end data pipeline from vehicle to cloud storage and data analysis
Collect and analyze the requirements for the recording setup together with sensor platform experts
Integrate different sensors like camera, radar, lidar, ultra-sonic sensors, GNSS into recording platform and calibrate those sensors
Enhance and maintain recording platform while considering the full data pipeline
Define vehicle- and lab-based recording systems based on data collection requirements
Document recording setup and data pipeline
Employer requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science, electrical engineering or similar qualification
Industry experience with sensing systems (camera, lidar, radar, or GNSS)
Strong systems background with at least 2 years' experience in automotive or signal processing
Proficiency of object-oriented programming with C++ and Python
Understanding of fundamentals of video compression
Experience with automotive communication networks and links such as CAN, GMSL, FPD-Link is a plus
Experience with data recording & processing middleware like RTMaps, ROS, ADTF is a plus
Experience with working under Windows and Linux operating systems
Drivers’ license and ability to drive an owned as well as customer owned vehicles.
English fluently written and spoken
