Your responsibilities
- developing, constructing, testing and maintaining architectures (such as databases and large-scale processing systems),
- ensuring that architecture will support the requirements of the business,
- discovering opportunities for data acquisition,
- developing processes for data modeling, mining and production,
- employing a variety of languages and tools (eg., scripting languages) to develop data pipelines,
- recommending ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
Our requirements
- Work from European Union region and work permit are required.
- 3-4 years of experience as Data Engineer,
- analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- business understanding of projects on advanced level,
- experience with data understanding and data importing,
- hands-on experience with data cleaning & manipulation,
- excellent communication skills in English,
- experience in working with AWS Cloud,
- familiar with services like S3, Glue, StepFunctions, Lambda, Athena, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS and EventBridge,
- well known with the Terraform system,
- proficient knowledge of SQL,
- experience with Python,
- foundational understanding of Spark,
- basic knowledge of Scala or Java is a nice-to-have.
