Maintain and improve Transition Data Enablement services globally.
Promote Client and Account Advisory services across JLLT and Corporate Solutions.
Interface with data platform owners and SME’s to document the current scope of activities for Transition Data Enablement, desired future state, and help develop the strategic roadmap to achieve those ambitions.
Define cross-business data structures related to key data classes identified for the transitioning client.
Lead end-to-end data workstream by defining the project plan, dependencies, timelines and providing regular status updates to Transition Team.
Coordinate data requirements gathering process and develop the data requirement documents.
Perform Data Quality Assessment on client/incumbent data based on JLL data quality standards in transition mode.
Consolidate attributes and standardize attributes against JLL mapping.
Review existing data standards, classify these standards, define and record relevant attributes, and document the data standards and communicate with the account team and the client.
Partner with peers in the Enterprise Data Governance group within the Enterprise Data Governance organization, especially Data Governance Product Support group.
Produce documentation of business processes and standard operations related to Transition Data Enablement service.
3 or more years of progressively responsible positions in complex organizations required. Demonstrated success with high visibility projects, leaders in technology use and development, change management, budget and business case development and staff development.
3 or more years of experience in querying data through SQL and significant experience working with SQL Server.
2 or more years of related experience in related industry; commercial real estate management preferred.
2 or more years of data management related experience such as Data Analysis, Data Governance, Operational Risk and Control, Compliance Testing and Assurance, Workflow Audit, and any process and procedure design to ensure they tie into regulatory ask.
2 or more years of business analyst related activities including gathering and developing comprehensive business requirements and developing implementation strategies.
Preferred leadership experience in a large, complex, global organization with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments. Ability to effectively work and communicate across organizational lines.
Able to work with large amount of data to compare current workflow/process/procedure map into changes in regulatory requirement, etc.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, MIS, Law, Computer Science or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
Compliance, legal or regulatory background as a plus. Knowledge of Risk and Control is an advantage.
Knowledge of Broker Dealer environment and working knowledge of KYC/AML/CFT is an advantage.
Relationship management skills, excellent listening and consultative capability, the ability to influence and negotiate with business and technology partners to drive change, and the ability to take a broad perspective and make key connections
Demonstrated information management, analytics and data profiling skills. Control, compliance, audit, risk management and relevant experience in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation will be helpful

Manage task timelines and deliverable schedules and share concerns about deliverables, timelines, and issues with Global Data Governance
Superior ability to manage, manipulate and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations using technology. Serve as primary day-to-day contact for regional data management issues
Good understanding of data quality management. Knowledge of data governance and how it impacts business processes
Knowledge of data management in a global environment, including data lifecycle and maintenance processes
Ability to tell a story to explain or sell a concept
Skills in MS Visio, Word and PowerPoint are a plus

As a Data Governance Senior Analyst, you will be directly responsible for performing the analysis and documenting data requirements for the new clients and accounts, using Transition Data Enablement framework. This role combines project management, stakeholder management, data governance and data management capabilities and requires the ability to quickly understand and explore various data models, evaluate and document business processes, and communicate findings and recommendations with account / transition leadership / client. This role is based in the EMEA Region.
