We are searching for a:

Data Governance Specialist who will execute Data Governance (Master Data) and Meter Readings processes enabling the smooth execution of all processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.
 

More importantly you will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering a seamless end to end meter reading process for the customer
  • Responsible for the performance of the Data Governance and Meter Reading processes, ensuring that KPIs are met and exceeded
  • To meet or exceed SNOW requests’ SLAs to deliver a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction (e.g. creation and amendments of customer,
  • supplier and asset master data, meter reading uploads)
  • Ensure all processes and actions are carried out within all legal parameters and agreed requirements, policies and OpCo specifics
  • Ensure all allocated queries & tickets are managed and resolved, guarantying high quality and quick response to customers and department members
  • Ensure good and explicit communication with customers and stakeholders in case of issues and queries in a timely basis
  • Identify process efficiencies to increase speed, accuracy & timeliness of transactional processing
  • Adhere to Ricoh’s core values and deliver a high level of personal engagement

What we are looking for in you:

In order to be successful in this position you need to have very good level of English, as well as strong attention to details with analytical and problem solving skills. We are looking to hire an effective communicator, focused on the customer, able to work under pressure and managing deadlines. Economics or business related university degree would be a highly added value.
