The IS Capabilities DLP Service Owner will support DLP services and configuration reviews of the DLP Service environment.
Determine best practice around developing a DLP programme.
Work closely with project manager to run DLP project.
Interact with business and key stakeholders to determine scope/requirement.
Interact with vendors to identify best possible technical solution.
Develop DLP policies inclusive of rules and configurations for DLP solutions.
Guide business with data classification, discovery, encryption, tokenization, etc.
Recommend security solutions to clients, using a defensible methodology.
Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies.
Contribute to research activity which focuses on development of new use cases and user behavior analysis.
Develop and suggest improvements for training sessions, and enablement workshops for the various clients’ profiles.
More than 3 years of experience in data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.
Ideally knowledge of IT security and IT service management concepts (ITIL).
Experience with DLP communications channels and protection mechanisms, evidence gathering and analysis, and forensic investigations.
Understanding of data protection challenges within organizations.
Strong interpersonal skills for cross sector understanding and implementation of DLP requirements.
Good written and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, subject matter experts and operators.
Analytically skilled and precise in ways of working to accomplish reliable reviews.
Culturally aware and able to work in a complex, multicultural, and global team.
