Your field of responsibility
An outstanding opportunity to join a highly driven and collaborative team and work closely with international teams in several locations – including Switzerland, UK, Italy and Singapore – to deliver a critical Change Programme looking to upgrade front-to-back applications and processes. Help drive the design of the new Data Models which will be adopted by all international locations as well as identify, prioritize and address data challenges. Partner with IT to ensure that data requirements and controls for the critical data are considered by the solution designs.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for:
- Proven experience to drive and manage change in an organization, across functions and locations, business and IT, front to back.
- Proven experience in data engineering (architecture, modelling, analysis, design).
- Experience in Business process design and data lineage.
- Experience in usage of data management tools (Business objects modelling, data lineage, data quality tools). Ability to articulate requirements related to tools and procedures to support the defined framework.
- Knowledge of data protection (and privacy) legislation, standard methodology and an appreciation of the demands of the organization in managing such legislation.
- Detailed understanding of the value chain of a Private Bank and business drivers that impact data processing, with the interest and ability to deep dive into details.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent attention to details.
- Results-oriented self-starter with ability to work on own initiative.
