Data Privacy Lawyer

Your responsibilities

• Handling and supporting privacy matters under supervision of our Clients

• Supporting our Client's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Program

• Drafting and negotiating data protection agreements/clauses including revision for GDPR, transfer mechanisms

• Ensuring appropriate records are maintained

• Support the DP related 3rd party vendor management process, contact with vendors and internal business owners, contract reviews, vendor questionnaires and risk assessments

This is a client-facing role where the Data Privacy Lawyer is responsible for contract execution process, from receipt of the contract request through supplier signature, including reviewing, drafting, managing and negotiating commercial contracts as well as handling and supporting privacy matters under supervision, all while interfacing with the business partners (internal and external) for such activities.

Addidtional information:

As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
