Your responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and prioritize (based on business value) a product development backlog for the application, using Mercer tools such as Jira and Aha!

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture performance and functionality requirements and input into new features that align to the strategic vision as set out by the EB Exec

  • Input and review of user stories and acceptance criteria for new developments with an appropriate amount of detail for the development team

  • Answer day to day questions of the developers during each sprint and attend refinement sessions to help the developers understand our requirements

  • Be the business owner for new features, and provide communications and operational readiness training to the business for new features each release

Our requirements

  • Experience of Software Development Lifecycle, particularly Agile Scrum

  • Be commercially aware with ability to understand the value of developments and present the business case

  • 3+ years’ experience as either a Product Analyst or Business Analyst

  • Previous experience using Agile Methodologies

  • Proficiency in English


  • Reporting and Analytics experience using Qlik, Tableau or Power BI

Reporting into the Global Change Team within Operations & Technology, the role holder is responsible for serving as the Product Analyst for existing data products.
