What does the role involve?
 
You are a leader of small data quality team (2 team players) and a part of strategic marketing squad. Your key role is to spread the awareness and hype data quality in our organisation. You and your team are boosting the consciousness that data quality is crucial for agile organization like Hilti.
You are responsible for development and implementation of the Data Quality Framework together with a set of tools for continuous monitoring of master data. You are an expert in identification of key database parameters, know how to make data quality automations, implement innovative solutions and develop standards in the area of collecting and maintaining master data. You will facilitate data championship, be a counterpart in regional projects related to database cleaning and maitanace and stir CRM team cooperation. Collaboration and responsibility for local and international initiatives are also part of your exciting and broad tasks. In this development position you can proof your analytical, managerial and leadership skills.

What you need is:

  • Master degree
  • Broad technical skillset:
    • SQL – intermediate level
    • SAP/ERP – intermediate level
    • Excel – advanced level
    • Dashboard Technology – intermediate level
    • R, Go, Python programming- nice to have
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in small team and/or project management
  • Continous improvement mindset and innovatiove thinking
  • Analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a hands-on mentality to get things done
  • Natural curiosity and inquisitiveness, ability to “connect the dots” and learn fast
  • Excited to work in an international environment and global mobility
