Your responsibilities
- There is a requirement for the successful candidate to attend our Warsaw office for a period of integration and handover. Estimated minimum time 2-6 month.
- Manage team of Data Room Members / Data Analysts,
- Develop and oversees the current tools for printing template development processes,
- Manage day-to-day fulfillment functions to ensure work performed in compliance with operational requirements. These reports include but are not limited to: job tickets review, job lists, daily control reports, control report, monthly metric report and ad hoc report requests,
- Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, external vendors to deliver expected Mail Metrics “Data Room” service functionality,
- Support D&A initiatives and projects in area of data modelling, data analytics and data architecture especially for print template development,
- Support Business Operations Teams (Operations, Indexing, Printing, Fulfilment) in daily work with data related platforms and tools,
- The job position requires exercise independent judgment to investigate and resolve issues related to data processing printing and fulfillment.
Our requirements
- A Master’s degree in a related field, with 4+ years of experience in IT, in developing, configuring, deploying and maintaining master data and developing/maintaining analytics solutions
- Proven performance as an application leader in a complex, global organization with internal and external interfaces. Experienced in analyzing complex data,
- Technical experience and functional experience with business intelligence, business warehouse, and data lake concepts in a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience working with data and connecting data elements following process schemas
- Good communication, negotiation, active listening and influencing skills.
- This job position requires temporary work (3-6 months) with team at the office in Warsaw.

Mail Metrics Polska is seeking a Data Room Manager to join our Operations team. At this position you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, analyzing, creating customer communication through printing and fulfillment process. Customer notification covers residential, small and medium business and commercial and industrial segments. Notifications includes insurance policies, policies renewals, invoices, statements etc. The role includes complex issue resolution, management of the work load, coordinating information requests from customers and from other business departments. This role also includes responsibility for govern the Mail Metrics “Data Room” to provide professional service, transparency, facilitate prioritization and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
