About the project
You are part of the Customer BI Team, responsible for Data Management, Data Analysis & Data Mining for high performing CRM teams based in Munich & Wroclaw. In this position you will report to the Munich-based Head of Customer Experience & Communication.
Your main tasks consists of bringing our Data Management & Data Mining to the next level.
Your responsibilities
Deliver analysis, reporting & data mining insights to CRM teams & Management in close & personal collaboration
Ensure data collection & availability, reporting automation, data quality & consistency
Improve & constantly evolve data management processes
Close collaboration with BI developer team & BI analysts of all departments
You manage Marketing tasks for BI & IT in an agile process environment
Exchange with other BI analysts to stay on top of company wide data management process
Our requirements
Relevant working experience of minimum 2-3 years in the fields of BI, Big Data Analysis, Big Data mining
Deep SQL knowledge required, Expertise in MS Excel
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python (preferred), R)
Experience with data infrastructure stack:
Data Cloud Platforms (AWS (preferred), Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
Databases (Snowflake, Redshift, MySQL, Big Query, Microsoft SQL)
Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
Experience in Customer/Marketing BI projects a plus
Experience in Machine learning, AI projects is a plus
Passion for data & analytics
Out of the box thinking, proactive, lifelong learner
Fluency in English, additional European language knowledge a plus
