Your responsibilities
Data Security Partner (80% of the tasks)
• Prepare and maintain Security Concept and related Bosch regulations ( based on ISO 27001).
• Manage information security needs, associated risks, and information governance for the IT Departments.
• Perform internal audits and support external audits.
• Work towards ensuring business practices of the departments in line with Internal and external requirements.
• Responsible for data and information security awareness for the IT Departments.
Access Management (20% of the tasks)
• Support and consult the CI organization for the implementation of central directive AIM and other for CI relevant central directive.
• Perform/Support the Risk assessment creation/update for Applications.
• Support, follow-up and measures implementation for the controls in applications (e.g. regular recertification controls (e.g. recertification controls for approvals, Managers and MoR).
• Ensure the required updated documentation (e.g. AAC, IT role catalog, MoR/Workflow correction).
• Coordinate the IdM integration for the Applications in collaboration with Application Owners.
Our requirements
Relevant university degree (IT Business Administration, IT Computer Science, Business Informatics).
Experience in:
o IT-Business and Information Security Knowledge.
o Good understanding of Access and Identity Management (e.g. authorization levels, groups and roles).
o Good understanding technical application connectivity (e.g. interfaces).
Analytic thinking.
Willingness to work in international projects in a global team.
Working practice: independent and structured.
Working experience: relevant professional experience in working in virtual teams, working with numbers and various tools.
Interest in IT-Security, information security and data protection.
Knowledge about ISO 27001, GDPR, Audits.
Ability to evaluate risks and balance effort to mitigate them.
Ability to manage simultaneous activities involving different groups, targets, deadlines and degrees of complexity.
Ability to coordinate, communicate and train other associates of different IT departments and locations on a global scale.
Fluent English language skills (German will be a plus).
