Your responsibilities
preparing data for diverse HR benchmarks and surveys
collecting and preparing data for various reports related to the compensation and benefit processes
drafting smart PowerPoint presentations
documentation of processes and guidelines
identifying opportunities to improve our processes
Our requirements
a first experience in an HR or Finance department
excellent Excel skills
experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
understanding of VBA programming and macros is an advantage
working autonomously and with a minimum of supervision
very good verbal and written skills in English; German and/or Spanish is an advantage

For a new temporary position in our Global People Relations Center we are looking for an excel enthusiast for the rest of the year.
