Your responsibilities
Assist the GTI Reporting Lead with defining and updating project management processes, standards and governance, contributing to Quality Reviews, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
Conduct necessary analysis to assist the GTI Reporting Lead in collating and utilizing data to create project related Management Reports for use by the Senior Leadership team, formulate recommendations and determine transaction direction and progress.
Lead and/or support the delivery of ad hoc projects to improve the quality of planning, MI, accountability and governance.
Participate and support in transaction planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning.
Liaise with stakeholders across HSBC to proactively identify, investigate and resolve challenges to the delivery of transaction goals.
Our requirements
Demonstrate the ability to collaboratively work with stakeholders to communicate goals, success criteria, performance measures and setting the climate for success in projects
Developing background in PMO Governance and Project Management Methodology
Strong excel or other analytical application experience necessary for project planning and tracking
Understanding of the full project lifecycle from requirements through to implementation
Proficiency in problem solving
Excellent good communications skills, both written and verbal English
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Optional
Clarity knowledge a plus but not essential.

About the project
The Group Transactions Implementation (GTI) team partners within Digital Business Services (DBS) and Group M&A to execute complex acquisitions, disposals and joint venture deals in line with HSBC Group’s strategic priorities.
The Reporting & Analytics Manager will provide an information hub for GTI projects and programs within the portfolio. The role involves tracking, reporting, assurance/quality control, information management, financial tracking, risk/issue tracking, change control, support and knowledge management/learning from experience.
