    What You’ll Do

    The main task of a Dealer Parts Management Analyst is to work as a trusted advisor for John Deere dealers, with focus on Parts business, developing a clear understanding of dealer’s parts management best practices, helping them to achieve higher customer satisfaction and business profitability.

    In addition, you will:

    • Collaborate with dealers and key equipment division stakeholders to develop dealers' parts business goals
    • Deploy on-site consulting presentations to John Deere dealer’s leadership
    • Proactively communicate and create action plans to respond to impasses or roadblocks to achieving the deliverables of this position
    • Manage and understand several amounts of data that will be used as inputs for business decisions
    • Identify the need and deploy trainings for dealers’ stakeholders
    • Drive regular communication with internal stakeholders

    What It Takes 

    We need an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, who thrives on solving problems and working in a global, interdisciplinary team environment.

    Ideally, you will have inventory management and spare-parts business experience as well as experience on working with retailers and external stakeholders.

    Required Skills

    • University degree with professional experience in business / management / engineering / economics / marketing
    • Ability to get to business conclusions, starting from several amount of metrics and data as well as stakeholders’ inputs
    • Change Management skills to drive behavior and business transformation
    • Understand the role of a Trusted Advisor and Situational Leader
    • Good presentation skills
    • Self-independence negotiation skills
    • Results driven and solution-oriented mindset
    • Analytical skills and affinity to numbers
    • Well advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
    • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

    Desired Skills

    • Knowledge of Excel Macros
    • International travel experience
    • Knowledge of an additional language
