About the project
The Delivery Analyst delivers data, data products, and information that drive our client’s multi-channel marketing capabilities. They understand the details of their client’s data and Acxiom’s products to ensure that their clients and / or third-party vendors receive clean, enhanced, segmented, ready-to-market data. Delivery Analysts strive daily to improve quality, and adhere to standard processes and procedures. They work with clients and / or third-party vendors to begin to understand requirements and escalate issues with a focus on maintaining a seamless process flow. They analyse, troubleshoot and modify processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients.
Your responsibilities
Design process flows and quality procedures for new sources, new products and product enhancements
Audit and analyse product or source data to validate and identify changes in data elements and groupings
Research and resolve any data or process issues according to product management or customer specifications
Advise product management on process improvements and/or optimum use of data
Maintain overall product data integrity
Provide data, analysis and recommendations to support product enhancement and development
Produce release documentation for build processes
Our requirements
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Competent technical skills - UNIX, SQL (writing and understanding queries)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good client facing skills
Good MS Office skills - particularly Excel
Proven experience of data and databases
