Your role:
Currently we are looking for Delivery Manager for our E-Commerce Competency Center. Our main goal is to bring digitalization and improvements in e-commerce area for domestic and international clients. If you have experience delivering B2B, B2C, D2C e-commerce projects and you are fascinated by the digital landscape, this is a chance to join fast growing e-com unit.
Your role:
- Support pre-sales process:
- Coordinate offers preparation
- Participation in business meetings with clients
- Planning project delivery and team setup
- Present e-commerce capabilities based on existing references
- Manage delivery from kick-off, to go-live, to ongoing product development:
- Facilitate the requirements gathering
- Prioritize issues and resolve bottlenecks
- Control projects budget distribution
- Manage the quality of the product
- Establish Agile ceremonies
- Manage communication, escalations, changes and risks
- Manage remote project teams:
- Ensure a positive, collaborative work environment for the team
- Solve people's management issues
- Creatively look for opportunities to develop the account, increase the success rate of managed projects, and bring in new businesses
Your skills:
- 3-5 years of team/project leadership
- Minimum 2 successfully delivered e-commerce projects
- Taking ownership of projects and organized tasks
- A “can do” attitude and ability to work without close supervision
- English level – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities – remote and onsite teams, client business owners
- Strong understanding of product development and project management life cycle
- Good knowledge of the Agile methodology
- Ability of active participation in pre-sales (e.g. support during sales meetings)
