About the project
Currently, we are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Embedded Competency Center who will take leadership of services and projects mainly focusing on software development for automotive clients.
We deliver many embedded software-related projects and services to 40+ international clients from automotive, semiconductor, rail, healthcare, and IoT. From giant corporations to start-ups, from team leasing services to fixed-price projects, from efficient close-to-hardware solutions up to high-performance Linux-based applications. We constantly expand, develop and diversify our offering and portfolio of services.

Your responsibilities
Cooperate with business in pre-sales activities
Coordinate process of offers preparation
Estimate project costs and price
Propose project delivery model and plan team setup
Build the delivery plan along with communication and quality strategy
Monitor risks, prioritize issues, resolve bottlenecks
Act as a single point of responsibility for any delivery related matters, including escalations, scope/resource changes, upsells
Establish long-term partnerships with the clients, manage their expectations, and actively look for new business opportunities
Expand and develop the profitability of and satisfaction from your projects
Our requirements
At least 4 years of technical experience, preferably connected with software development for the automotive sector
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
Knowledge of services/projects leadership will be a big advantage
Fluent English
Higher education
Open personality, fighting spirit, and “can-do” attitude
Willingness to develop and take ownership of projects and relations
Ease of communication with both business and technical professionals
