About the project

Currently, we are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Embedded Competency Center, taking leadership of services for the automotive clients.

We deliver a number of embedded software-related projects & services to 40+ international clients from automotive, semiconductor, rail, healthcare, and IoT areas. From giant corporations to start-ups. From team leasing services to fixed-price projects. From efficient close-to-hardware solutions to high-performance Linux-based applications. We constantly expand, develop and diversify our offering and portfolio of services.

Your responsibilities

Cooperate with business colleagues in pre-sales
Participate in business meetings with clients
Present Sii embedded capabilities based on existing references
Coordinate process of offers preparation
Estimate project costs and price
Propose project delivery model and plan team setup
End-to-end responsibility for the projects/services delivery
Build the delivery plan along with communication and quality strategy
Monitor risks, prioritize issues, resolve bottlenecks
Control projects budget distribution
Assure proper software development processes and prepare resource forecasts
Act as a single point of responsibility for any delivery related matters, including escalations, scope/resource changes, upsells
Report progress to internal and external stakeholders
Establish long-term partnerships with the clients, manage their expectations, and actively look for new business opportunities
Expand and develop the profitability of and the satisfaction from your projects!

Our requirements

4+ years of services/projects leadership, preferably in the automotive sector
Fluent English, higher education
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
Knowledge of automotive sector processes will be an important advantage
Open personality, fighting spirit, and „can do” attitude
Willingness to develop and take ownership of projects and relations
Ease of communication with both business and technical professionals
