Your responsibilities
- Direct contact with our business partners - understanding their mindset and creating solutions that can address their needs.
- Talent allocation to Codete's projects - making sure that employees are satisfied with the current scope of tasks.
- Cooperation with the recruitment team during the whole hiring process.
- Cooperation with the sales department.
- Providing the finance department with all relevant information needed for the invoicing process.
Our requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Key Account / Business Development Specialist in an IT company.
- Previous experience in direct contact with company stakeholders.
- Good knowledge about the IT technologies and ecosystem of software houses.
- Fluent command (B2+) of Polish and English - both verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and determined approach to tasks.
- Good analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Optional
- Good command of German.
