Your responsibilities
Manage historical demand exceptions with the help of planning system alert reports to create best in class statistical forecast proposal.
Review forecast vs demand consistency especially for critical high-running products to make sure future statistical trends best reflects business needs
Integrate marketing intelligence information input in daily cooperation with sales, category teams and/or key account customers
Manage NPI(New Products Introduction) in cooperation with supply planning and regional category teams
Manage EOL(End of Life) in cooperation with supply planning and regional category teams
Facilitate monthly demand planning reviews for the markets in the scope of responsibility. Provide input into regional Demand Plan validation with a clear action plan and forecast accuracy tracker.
Review and validate periodical update of critical planning parameters in SAP: sourcing, product segmentation(CSS codes), safety stock and batch sizes(EOQ).
Work closely with the Product Line, Category Management and Supply teams to manage and control inventory including E&O across the product categories of responsibility.
Provide input into monthly S&OP for the product line being an area of responsibility with a special focus on customer arrears, availability and inventory KPI’s
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in demand and/or supply management
SAP MM and MRP experience will be a bonus
Supply Chain and related logistics management experience will be a bonus
Demand and Inventory planning/management experience within Manufacturing (Automotive preferred) or FMCG
Proven record of business achievement as a team player.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work within multinational environment and cross-functional teams
Analytical skills are of primary importance.
Ownership and self-motivation.
Proven problem solver with ability to think laterally.
Master Degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management as preferred option
Business Education in Logistics, Operational Management or Finance will be considered as well.
