Your responsibilities

  • Work with Industry Client Teams to ensure proposals are delivered according to customer requirements and within Atos Rainbow and Demand Management process.

  • Manage the team that was assigned to create the proposals.

  • Coordinate the Demand Management process activities with all involved parties, such as Industry Client Teams, Global Atos Delivery and External Suppliers to agreed global and local SLAs. Within that process the Demand Manager is:

  • Responsible for documenting and maintain the agreed Approved Client Requestors (consulted by the Demand Owner)

  • Responsible for documenting the Approved Demand Channels (consulted by the Demand Owner)

  • Manage the SLA, SLO and KPI reporting for the Demand Management Process for the account(s)

  • Identify, plan and execute Demand Management process and continuous improvement projects to:

  • Reduce the Cost of Sale

  • Improve Client experience

  • Reduce Turnaround Times

  • Increase SLA hit rate

  • Increase KPI scores

  • Implement (cross-account) process standardization to enable offshore targets.

  • Forecast the expected demand in conjunction with Demand Owners within the Client Teams, e.g. Client (Executive) Partner, Service Delivery Manager, Architects etc…

  • Proactively plan required resources.

  • Promote and support standardization and continuous improvement.

  • Proactively promote reusable sales opportunities to the Client Teams, based on prior successful offering experiences.

  • Escalate risks and issues to the appropriate manager.

  • Update the agreed information in the standard tooling according to agreed way of working.

Our requirements

  • Ability and drive to build long-term relationships with internal colleagues.

  • Management skills to manage a medium sized team of professionals.

  • Broadly skilled in information and communications technology.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of management within Company and possibly also with Customer organizations.

  • Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary.

  • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines.

  • Competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.

Optional

  • Experience with managing a team of IT professionals

  • Detailed knowledge of the theory and operation aspects of the Demand Management process.

  • Minimum 3 years (ITIL) Operational experience in the Demand Management process.

  • Detailed knowledge of the theory and operation aspects of the Rainbow process.

  • Understanding of the Atos IT Control Framework and the Atos organization.

  • Understanding of the Atos Service Management Model.

  • Experience of Atos Quality Management processes.

  • Relevant Industry knowledge and technical Skills.
